Recruitment and Search
Chancellor Partners offer three types of recruitment services for our clients:
- Sourcing top-level Management / Executive and Project Management candidates from the domestic and international mining community.
Technical and Professional Search
- Sourcing Mining, Geological, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical and Metallurgical Engineering candidates.
- We also recruit Admin, Finance, Project Controls and Human Resource candidates.

Human Resources Planning
Our firm has a solid background in building high-quality teams of engaged employees for newly developed mines. We bring both Corporate and Site experience; from the early beginnings of creating policies, to practices & procedures.
Our focus is on creating value for our mining industry clients through the deployment and implementation of HR strategies that are aimed at unlocking the full potential of an organization and its people.
Chancellor Partner’s most recent experience includes three different mines; one located in Nevada, one in Arizona and one in Chile. All three are copper mines, with credits ranging from gold to molybdenum, with sizes ranging from 300 to 625 employees. We have a team of associates with proven success and the ability to assist organizations through to the operations stage of development with an experienced team and realistic costs.
